1. Which currencies do you support?
Our payment gateway supports direct payment in USD and Euro.
However the prices on the web site are primarily displayed in USD. You may switch prices to Euro on the upper right corner of the screen.
We will gladly convert any price to any other desired currency. Just let us know!

3. Are the items you advertise on your site genuine antique pieces ?
No. All the items on our web site, from the icons to the statues, pottery, etc. are reproductions of the original antique masterpieces. The original pieces can be found in museums, archaelogical sites, galleries, monasteries, churches and private collections not only in Greece but all over the world. We do not sell any actual antiquities.
4. Are your items hand made or mass produced?
All our items are made by human hand individually for each customer and come with different types of certificates of authenticity. Because of this slight delays might occur with certain items. Please contact us for more information.
5. Some of the items seem really fragile. How do you ensure safe delivery?
We take extra care in safely packing our fragile items to ensure safe delivery. Double boxes and special cushioning materials are used as needed. All our shipments, regardless the carrier, are insured against loss or damage.
6. What is the shipping charge for ... (any item) delivered to my address?
The shipping cost of each item varies according to its size and/or weight. If you purchase multiple items, the shipping charges are combined for your benefit.
You can view the shipping charge of each item once you add it to the shopping cart. There you have an option between four shipping methods we offer :
|Standard mail : 2-3 weeks (incl. insurance)
|Express mail : 7-10 days (incl. insurance)
|DHL Economy Select (Europe only) : 4-5 days (incl. insurance + online tracking number)
|DHL Express (worldwide) : 2-3 days (incl. insurance + online tracking number)
You can then remove the item from the cart and continue browsing or proceed to the checkout.

7. I am looking for something specific that I didn't find on your site. What can I do ?
It's simple: You should contact us and ask us ! There is a wide variety of additional items in each category that are not included in our web site. We welcome queries and try to reply to them within 24 hours!
8. What if I don't like what I ordered ? Is there a money back guarantee ?
