California Walnut burl Backgammon set

Elaborately handmade Greek backgammon set featuring a California Walnut burl exterior.

The gorgeous look of the California walnut burl is especially vibrant. The color of the heartwood tends more toward chocolate brown while the European variety is more reddish brown. Lively figures in dark brown to black wood give the veneer a mystical aura. The playing field is a combination of California Walnut burl with Cherry & Oak points.

Chip racks on both sides of the board conveniently hold chips that are not in play.

The chips are made from Greek olive wood and come in three different color combinations: – brown/natural – green/natural – red/natural.

The set includes also:

4 dice

1 doubling cube

1 set of dice cups
