This is an exact reproduction of the antique Byzantine icon of the Adoration of the three Magi kneeling before newborn Jesus. The wise men or Magi followed a star to the birth place of Christ. It was written that they were from the east and that they brought three gifts to Christ; gold, frankincense, and myrrh.
The icon is handmade to order, it bears the Seal of Authenticity on the back and is signed and numbered by the artist.
